Then user makes in illusion everything that can happen in that situation.In other words user is making real fight in illusion and because the target is under the genjutsu its easy to steal from the target.

The clan were born before the first great ninja war.The clan was formed when a thief called Kaito called all thieves in to one place and then he recommended that all thieves would be one big clan.The most of the thieves accepted that but some still didn't accept it.In third great ninja war the clan were stealing everywhere because they had good chance when their village were under attack.The Touzoku clan is very large it has members all around the world.The members of the clan have good and bad reputation.In some places people are happy that in great war clan members were stealing from opponents and in other places people hate that they were stealing from them.The clan members like when nobody knows that they are from Touzoku clan so its very rare that somebody tells that he is from Touzoku clan.Much of people thinks that there are only few in Touzoku clan.Usually if somebody knows member from Touzoku clan he tries to kill that member the reason is that on black market they can get lot of money for clan member.The clan is know because of the Impossible disapearing too.

Steal and Returning: How does stealing and returning something take chakra, anyway?

Impossible Disappearing: First off, I don't think this really needs to drain all your chakra. Also, it is impossible for Chuunin to use S-rank jutsu.

Okay, I think this is fine now. Just one idea: add that you need to form some hand seals to use Impossible Disappearing. Otherwise it would be practically impossible for a S-rank member of this clan to die.

Well, if they could have just *poof* disappeared whenever they wanted, it would be practically impossible. But with this, they can't escape if they can't use their hands. Just to anti-OP it.
