Name: Toukai ~ Destruction

Location: Travels in Groups of three, 2 S and one A Ranked ninja per group. They rome around everywhere, But there hide out is in Bear country otherwise Known as Star Village.
Goal: They wish to create Havoc and Want Bloodshed, The want war and they wants deaths but Most of all they Want Destruction. While the Villages are still Rebuilding, They will make people not trust each other and eventually resulting in war. That is all they want, People that have family members die because of there OWN village join the group wanting destruction of the villages that betrayed them. They want to help protect the small weaker village's but as soon as they get a member from a small village they will try and take control or Destroy the village. While they think that all the other villages can go to hell. They're motto is "With Betrayal comes Death.".
Hierarchy: A-ranks are assistant's while B-ranks are Apprentices. S-rank Ninja's are the real deal. They will be formed into groups by there specialties so they can do specified Missions. Such as a Genjutsu group may help in Torture Interrogation.
Methods: They work Strategically, In the Shadows taking maybe one Chunin and Getting information. Never Full on Village attacks unless it's the whole Organization is taking a village Over/Destroying it. But when it's time to fight, They fight. It is the Groups choice when to fight, IF they were idiots they could attack every nation at the same time, They have that much freedom. But, As only smart AND strong members are allowed in it will NEVER happen. So if your looking for an Org. That just Goes around to each village with 3 members and blows everyone up. Then this, IS. NOT. THE. GOUP. FOR. YOU. We may want destruction but we don't want to kill ourselves.
History: Shigeki Had had enough he was a powerful Ninja, Very Respected. Infact, His whole Family was powerful and has served Konoha Lot's. His family had taken on many Important mission in the 3rd war. What did they get back for all they're troubles? Death. Yes, Death, Shigeki's Father was sent on a mission to go scouting for a safe house in enemy territory. He found it but, The village had been having daily checks of all buildings checking for Ninja's. So when the group of S-ranked Ninja's left to go to the safe house, 1 Died but the rest got away. Konoha could never Sneak up again because of how the Village had Boosted it's defense.
So, The Council of elders decided it was Shigeki's father Tomaro, Was at fault. So when He was Sentenced to death Shigeki Stayed for a while, But. He had connections with people on the outside and Slowly but Surely, He was getting people recruited and nobody knew about them. Right after Shigeki's Father Died he left and the Group was started.
