Goal:
The Meimu Ka are a strange organization. They desire nothing more then to reform the whole world, according to their Goddess' teachings.


Hierarchy:
The Chosen : [S-rank] The Leader of this organization. This title belongs to that leader, for they have ascended and gained the teachings of the Great Goddess, and thus is the strongest out of all of the members. This spot is lonely, as the Chosen often gives order and stands apart from those under him or her, aloft and often in prayer or other forms of worship. They also guide any and all rituals aimed towards the Goddess and holds a weekly meeting of the Himes to organize the affairs of the sect. The Chosen stands alone and once they get into battle, it is said that the Goddess fights at their side, being able to levy armies.

The Himes : [Jounin||S-rank] The second strongest force within the organization. There are only five slots, one for each of the basic elements, conforming with the Goddess' desire. They are strongest in their chosen elemental slot, and have a tattoo on their bodies representing it as well. They are co-ordinated to the five directions, as per sheer OCD desire of the Goddess. Water is North, Fire is South, Wind is West, Earth is East and Lightning is Center. The Himes are often in charge of a specific sector of the sect chapters, and could be considered the direct messengers of The Chosen.

The Arisu : [Chuunin||Jounin] The Arisu are lower ranked ninjas then the Hime, and are organized in partnership with a Hime. There are only ten Arisu permitted at one time, and they are usually quite strong within the sect. They tend to not have a symbol on their body yet, but do hold a token to prove that they are above everyone else. That token depends on the Hime, however.

The Tennyo : [Genin||Chuunin] The main shinobi strikeforce, they tend to be the Temple Guards or other forces to guard the places of worship in the areas they take over. Like a militia, these Tennyo are well trained to take on situations, and seem a very professional force that works for the Church of Mei. Not very many suspect foul play, as the guards are often just slightly stronger then the average citizen.

Others : [Below Genin] Everyone else is considered a member and of equal rank, as all worship the great goddess.

Methods:
The Organization itself works quite like a religion, if anything. A stable organization in foundation, where nothing is heriditary, this particular organization starts with a well known method. First, they appear as a kind, helpful set of people, slowly gaining the hearts of the people. At one point, they would have the people over the ruler, and thus begin to implant evidances of treachery and misconduct, abuses and other such thing every ruler has. This is to stirr up the people, whom would want an uprising against such injustices.. and soon enough, they provide the key to do so, and topple the ruler, thus placing their Church above all, and ruling with a religious iron fist. They have taken over small countries like this, and now start their plans on bigger ones, using the same method. If this first method is eliminated, they will begin to move more violently, assassinating important figures to put pressure on the village in other sectors. However, it hasn't gotten that far yet, and thus they wait for the time where they will be countered to slowly rot and destroy their opponent.


History:
The falling stars streaked the sky, as the gaze of a young woman looked up at it, with a gentle sigh. A simple wish, to have the world reformed, was birthed that day, as the woman turned, hearing a voice calling her name. Curious, she walked out of her home, aware that shinobi could come and kill her at any time. For she was a refugee from another country, and important in that country as well : but that was known of course, hence the danger of assassination. Risking herself for that voice, she wandered out of her home in a simple nightgown, transfixed by the voice that was calling her name. Down the grassy slope and into the soft forest, bare feeted, the woman wandered until she heard the voice no more : nor did she need to hear it. A beautiful pond was glittering in the moonlight, as the wide eyes starred at it. It looked etheral, but no more so then the woman standing in the pond, her transperant gown melting into the water. The figure starred at the young woman, whom was surprised, and smiled softly, before extending a hand. Her steps hesitated, but she softly took that hand, her mind becoming blank and thus the world slipping away from her, as she saw vision after vision. With a gasp, she took a step back, starring into the face of the smiling woman. With a nod, the girl ran away, as the vision in the night faded.

That was the legend that the Chosen had spoken off. Even so, it continues, as they had been chosen by the woman that was the first leader of this organization. For they had Seen Her as well, and thus the mark of the Chosen was borne onto them. During the Third Ninja war, instead of concerning themselves with the other shinobi, they began taking over smaller countries, their ranks massing because of the missing-ninjas that came to them for protection. The Goddess has many faces, so all were accepted into the Church, and thus now serve her desires for a brand-new world.


[it's simple and clean, nothing too complicated. If you have questions about something, please tell me! The Religion itself is still WIP, but the main idea is that they want to reform the world so that everyone worships the Goddess. Think of it like Christianity, back in the Middle Ages, but much more spy-like. The Leader is left ambigious, due to the uncertain fact if I could make them or not. I hope this simplicity is delightful and that it makes sense! ^^]
